Over Michele Nicastro

With a PhD in Cardiology and a background in Life Science, I wrote, proofread, edited and gave feedback on many documents, from simple assignment to thesis, but also scientific papers and powerpoint presentations. Having a good editor can make the work less stressful and much smoother and it can reduce the amount spent on such documents to less than half. Living in the Netherlands for some years and constantly proofreading work from dutch friends, family or colleagues, I also became an expert in recognizing "Dunglish", English sentences that derive from directly translating Dutch. These constructions are the main distinguishing point between what is written by a native speaker and anyone else. Please contact me in English.
